Updating TD Apps

To update an existing App upload the new .toe file using the AnyDesk file browser.

The file with the higher version number should be loaded automatically during nightly reboot. However, currently this is not the case and the new file has to be "touched" meaning directly opened and saved. Then it will be loaded using the base file without the version number. This needs to be fixed in future.
